Exercising in a group carries numerous benefits that include sustaining consistency, motivation, social interaction and camaraderie. A study published in the Journal of Social Sciences found that when you exercise in a group we gravitate towards the exercise behaviors of those around us. Aerobics
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).
Body Blast
BODY BLAST is a 30-, 45-, or 55-minute workout that uses a barbell with very light weights and very high reps. The workout consists of five or six specific exercises, in different combinations.
Bollywood

HIIT
A HIIT workout session involves you doing intervals of exercise that range from between 10 seconds and eight minutes in duration, with you working at around 80-90% of your maximum heart rate for that period of time.

Yoga

Tabata
Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Zumba
Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. A study shows that a person burns 300 to 900kcal with an hour-long Zumba exercise. So, if a person successfully burns 500 calories in each day’s workout, then he/she can lose one pound of weight in a week as one pound of fat contains about 3500 calories.
Kickboxing
